Please ensure you have read through the below information before booking any appointment.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. It is important you consider your social calendar prior to booking as strict Pre Procedural After Care rules will need to be adhered by.

If you arrive to your appointment and have not adhered to the pre-procedural rules or comply with the Cosmetic Tattoo Eligibility, Unique Blendz has the right to refuse service and your booking deposit will not be refunded.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT USING THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM

When making an appointment you can choose either our Owner | Principle Artist, Katelan or our Trainee Artist, Lily. Pricing & availability will differ from each artist.

All new cosmetic tattoo treatments require 2 x appointments to finalise the treatment. A $100 booking deposit is required for your initial appointment & a $30 booking deposit for your Touch Up appointment. *Please note booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Both appointments must be secured prior to coming to the studio. Eyebrow & Eyeliner Touch Up appointments are scheduled 5-8 weeks after your initial appointment, where as any Lip Tattoo Touch Up appointments are scheduled 6 – 8 weeks after your initial appointment. If touch up appointments are not booked in advance & there is no availability remaining in the required timeframe required to book, your touch up pricing will increase to a refresh appointment.

AFTER YOU HAVE SECURED YOUR BOOKING DATE & TIME

Once you have finalised your appointment date and time, you will receive a booking confirmation email which will have a link to all pre-procedural and after care information.
