Appointment Terms & Conditions

Deposits

  • A $100 booking deposit is required to book any New Client/ Existing Client Refresh treatments at Unique Blendz. Without a deposit, no appointment time or date can be confirmed or secured. Touch-up appointments require a $50 booking deposit.
  • Deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE to another person. Please ensure you read all information thoroughly before securing with a deposit.
  • Deposits are to be made via the online booking system. No bank transfers or cash is accepted.
  • Deposits will be deducted from the total price that is to be paid on the day of the procedure via Visa, Mastercard, Amex/Cash or put onto an interest-free payment plan using Afterpay or Zippay.
  • If you are booking 2 x appointments, 2 x deposits will need to be paid to secure any dates and times.
  • Deposit credits will remain on file for 6 months from the payment date.

Appointment Confirmations

If you have a treatment secured, you will receive an SMS Confirmation 5 days prior to your appointment. You must respond to this on that day or if you can’t please contact Katelan on 0401 768 190 to confirm. If no response is heard, your appointment will be cancelled & filled by another client & our Terms & Conditions of appointments will be applied.

Payment Plan Policy

Unique Blendz offers Afterpay & Zippay on all cosmetic tattoo treatments over $200. After the booking deposit is secured, the remaining balance can be finalised using either one of these options. If you wish to use this service, please ensure you have signed up to Afterpay or Zippay & downloaded the app & checked your credit limit PRIOR to arriving at Unique Blendz.

Please note, there is an additional $25 administration fee if you use these options.

Afterpay & Zippay can only be used on balances remaining in the studio. They cannot be used to finalise booking deposits.

Reschedule/Cancellation/No Show Policy

Notice for Rescheduling: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If this notice is provided, your deposit will be retained.

Deposit Policy: All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit credits will remain on file for 6 months from the payment date.

Late Notice: If less than 7 days’ notice is given, the booking deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be necessary to rebook.

Short Notice Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of the booking deposit plus a $200 fee, which will be billed to the card on file. This policy is in place due to the inability to fill appointments on such short notice.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior contact will result in the full treatment cost being charged to the card you provided.

Our Reschedule/Cancellation Policy is strict as tattoo appointments are long in duration.

*Please be aware, if you do have to reschedule, as Katelan is heavily booked, it may be a 4-8 week wait to get another appointment. Please be certain of dates and times when booking appointments.

If you need to reschedule & cannot get back to the studio in the required timeframe for touch up appointments or refresh appointments, your treatment price will be changed to the right timeframe pricing which may be additional costs.

If changes need to be made to your appointment day with more than 7 days’ notice, this can easily be done via your original BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL received when you placed your booking by clicking ‘View or Change my Booking’ or via the button in our navigation panel ‘Reschedule my Appointment’.

Existing Brow Tattoo

If you have an existing cosmetic tattoo in the area you wish to be treated, photos must be sent to Katelan on 0401 768 190 PRIOR to booking. The work must be assessed first for approval. Do not book a treatment first if photos have not been approved.

Unique Blendz can refuse service if your existing brow tattoo can not be covered. In some cases, if initially tattooed incorrectly, clients may need to commence removal treatments prior or let the pigment fade over time before getting their brows re-done. Ideally, pigment needs to be faded by 80% to refresh the colour.

Unique Blendz does not do 5-8 week touch ups on non-existing clientele as each technician uses different brands of pigments and artistic style. If you require this, please contact your initial technician.

Clinic Etiquette

  1. Please ensure you arrive on time in the studio for your treatment booking date & time. If you are running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled if there is inadequate time required to perform treatment.
    *Please note your deposit will be forfeited if treatment needs to be canceled & another suitable time will need to be booked via our Online Booking System.
  2. Due to health and safety reasons, please do not bring children or groups of friends to your appointment. The treatment room is for the technician and client only. As you can understand, 100% focus is required on you and we do not want to compromise your treatment.

Numbing Agents

The law has changed for numbing agents and you now need to purchase your own liquid anaesthetic numbing agent & apply prior to your cosmetic tattoo appointment. Once your treatment is booked our team will contact you via email with all information required to know.
