Had Your Brows Done Elsewhere? Here’s What You Need to Know Before Seeing Katelan! If you've had previous brow tattooing and are looking to book with Katelan, there are a few important steps to follow before securing an appointment: STEP 1: PHOTO ASSESSMENT- Before booking, you must send clear, well-lit photos (front-on + side profiles) for Katelan to assess. Treatment is only possible if your current brow colour is at least 70% lighter, the skin in the treatment area is healthy & your existing brow shape is suitable. STEP 2: CONSULTATION (If Needed) - If necessary, Katelan may require an in-person consultation before deciding on the best approach for your brows. Important to note; If your existing work isn’t suitable, removal may be required before Katelan can proceed with a new treatment. Depending on your current brows, style options may be limited to ensure proper coverage and correction. If colour correction is needed, multiple sessions may be required to achieve your ideal result. Booking without prior approval? If your brows cannot be treated upon assessment at your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited—so be sure to follow the pre-approval process!
