1. To book any appointments, you must pass all Cosmetic Tattoo Eligibility Questions, be able to adhere to all Pre-Procedural & After Care information. If you do not adhere to all information, this will heavily effect your results. If you arrive to an appointment not adhering to pre-procedural information, Katelan can cancel your appointment and your deposit will be lost as we have a duty of care to ensure the treatment is performed safely & the best possible results are created for your skin.

2. If there are any active cold sores, acne, moles or blemishes where the procedure is to be performed, Katelan must be notified immediately as your appointment may be postponed for a future date once blemishes have cleared or moles have been removed and healed.

3. If you are pregnant, we can not perform any cosmetic tattoo treatments.

4. If you are currently breastfeeding, we simply require you to ‘pump & dump’ for 48 hours post-procedure as a safety precaution. If you cannot do this, we ask you to reschedule or book a time when it is more suitable.

5. Please be aware that all cosmetic tattoo treatments are an art rather than a science. All skin types heal differently and results can vary from client to client. Unique Blendz cannot guarantee successful results on 100% of our clients as everyone’s skin heals and accepts the pigment differently. Prospective clients should review all information contained on this website & if there are any concerns PRIOR to booking, please contact us as we do not offer refunds on deposits or treatments.

A $100 booking deposit is required to book any New Client/ Existing Client Refresh treatments at Unique Blendz. Without a deposit, no appointment time or date can be confirmed or secured. Touch-up appointments require a $50 booking deposit.

Deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE to another person. Please ensure you read all information thoroughly before securing with a deposit. 

Deposits are to be made via the online booking system. No bank transfers or cash is accepted.

Deposits will be deducted from the total price that is to be paid on the day of the procedure via Visa, Mastercard, Amex/Cash or put onto an interest-free payment plan using Afterpay or Zippay.

* If you are booking 2 x appointments, 2 x deposits will need to be paid to secure any dates and times.

Deposit credits will remain on file for 6 months from the payment date.

If you have a treatment secured, you will receive an SMS Confirmation 5 days prior to your appointment. You must respond to this on that day or if you can’t please contact Katelan on 0401 768 190 to confirm. If no response is heard, your appointment will be cancelled & filled by another client & our Terms & Conditions of appointments will be applied.

Unique Blendz offers Afterpay & Zippay on all cosmetic tattoo treatements over $200. After the booking deposit is secured, the remaining balance can be finalised using either one of these options. If you wish to use this service, please ensure you have signed up to Afterpay or Zippay & downloaded the app & checked your credit limit PRIOR to arriving at Unique Blendz.

Please note, there is an additional $25 administration fee if you use these options.

Afterpay & Zippay can only be used on balances remaining in the studio. They cannot be used to finalise booking deposits.

• Notice for Rescheduling: A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If this notice is provided, your deposit will be retained.

• Deposit Policy: All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit credits will remain on file for 6 months from the payment date.

• Late Notice: If less than 7 days' notice is given, the booking deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be necessary to rebook.

• Short Notice Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of the booking deposit plus a $200 fee, which will be billed to the card on file. This policy is in place due to the inability to fill appointments on such short notice.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior contact will result in the full treatment cost being charged to the card you provided.

Our Reschedule/Cancellation Policy is strict as tattoo appointments are long in duration.

*Please be aware, if you do have to reschedule, as Katelan is heavily booked, it may be a 4-8 week wait to get another appointment. Please be certain of dates and times when booking appointments.

If you need to reschedule & cannot get back to the studio in the required timeframe for touch up appointments or refresh appointments, your treatment price will be changed to the right timeframe pricing which may be additional costs.

If changes need to be made to your appointment day with more than 7 days' notice, this can easily be done via your original BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL received when you placed your booking.

The law has changed for numbing agents and you now need to purchase your own liquid anaesthetic numbing agent & apply prior to your cosmetic tattoo appointment. Once your treatment is booked our team will contact you via email with all information required to know.
